Here are all the parts I replicate to construct a Vader ROTJ saber.
Included are: Emitter D ring assembly, emitter shroud with thumbscrew, ball catch, control box and sleeve, emitter cap with rod, port plug, end cap with Kobold style D ring and 6 allen head screws. Also included is a diagram on where to place the parts and drill the holes. Also pictured is a PVC pipe that has threaded holes so that nuts are not needed. The emitter, shroud, sleeve, control box and ball catch are painted satin black.
Here is a control box with 2 aluminum cylinders with 8/32 screws
I can now make all the Vader ROTJ parts out of aluminum
I now have the ability to reproduce rubber grips. Adhesive must be added to the backs of them.
From left to right: on left are Dooku grips with a diamond pattern, center are 4 Yoda grips and on the right Windu grips with the similiar design as the MR. Only 4 grips are pictured but there are 12 all together.
Below is the textured material I make for the Windu and Dooku sabers. On the Windu saber below is the textured pattern that is on the rubber grips. Below is pictured "leather" Windu grips with a adhesive transfer tape. It has the look and feel of rubber. The one on the left is in a softer black leather and the one on the right is thicker leather that keeps a form. I can make other patterns too.
There are also 12 grips for the Windu saber that I make out of rubber.
The Dooku saber below has the diamond pattern similiar to the MR version made out of rubber.
I also have the ability to replicate Brass parts.
I also make the brass valve with precious stone for the Obi Wan TPM saber that screws into the emitter that is identical to the one on the MR sabers.
I also sell Covertec clips and wheels

I am now selling 3/4in Acrylic extruded solid rods only in red, green and blue. I also am able to thread the end to be able to screw them into a tapped rod.
I also can thread 1/2in aluminum rods with or without a 3/4in adapter attached to be able to screw into the end of a saber.
I also sell the hard surface rods that you can turn on a lathe pictured on my home page if you would like to try your hand at making your own saber.
